Louisiana News: New Orleans, KEVIN CRAWFORD, Convicted Felon Charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm

New Orleans, La. – U.S. Attorney Peter G. Strasser announced yesterday that a federal grand jury returned an indictment against defendant KEVIN CRAWFORD, of New Orleans, for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(g)(1). CRAWFORD faces a maximum term of imprisonment of ten years, a $250,000 fine, three years supervised release following any term of imprisonment, and a $100 special assessment fee.

An indictment is merely an accusation.
