Minnesota News: Duluth, Four Bemidji Residents Sentenced For Their Roles In Home Invasion On Red Lake Reservation

Duluth, Minnesota – United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald today announced the sentencing of DEREK JON PADDY, 22, KEVIN ROBERTSON, 32, CHERAI MICHELLE CLARK, 26, and SHANISE FRANCES OSTLUND, 29, for their roles in a burglary on the Red Lake Reservation in the early morning hours of November 24, 2017.

PADDY was sentenced to 29 months imprisonment, ROBERTSON was sentenced to 51 months imprisonment, CLARK was sentenced to 21 months imprisonment, and OSTLUND was sentenced to 3 years probation.
