Firms Received Federal Contracts Set Aside for Veterans, Minorities

KANSAS CITY, MO (STL.News) – Two men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for a conspiracy in which they fraudulently profited from hundreds of millions of dollars in federal government contracts they were not entitled to receive, which were set aside for small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans, and minorities.
